If an order has been placed for a Head Office event, as it's not linked to an outlet/store, we would advise not to delivery that order in to the outlet and Bin the order.
To bin the order:
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.Click on Advanced Stock Controls.
Click on Outlets/Stores tab.
Click Edit on the relevant outlet.
Click into the Deliver In tab.
Locate order.
Bin order by clicking the Red Cross.
📌 Note: The site will still be charged as the order itself is live in the system. You are excluding it from the Outlet/Stock
