View all related orders and credits of a single order

To check if there are any related orders or credits to an order, you can do this will a few simple steps in the order.

The Related tab is an easy way to locate all orders, credits and returns that are linked to an Order.

This allows you to check all orders in one go.

To do this:

  1. Locate the Purchase Order.

  2. At the top of the Order, click the Related tab.

The following types of orders and credits may be visible:

  • BO: Back Order.

  • CR: Credit.

  • RN: Return.

  • SP: Split order.

  • BA: Balance Order.
