The following explains what and how to set the alerts in the users' roles:
Can Lock/Increase Stock: if un-ticked for an end user, it must then be ticked for say example a General Manager see below.
Receive Lock/Increase Request Emails: if using the above to control who can lock a stock then this needs to be ticked for the person/s that can lock it such as the General manager.
