Adding products to the stock take

If you need to add additional products, such as stock items, products, dishes or recipes to the stock take this is done by adding the required PID to the related outlet, you can do this in a few simple steps shown below.

The below will guide you through adding products into the stock takes for Advanced Stock and Stock Controls.

Adding Products for Stock Controls

  1. Log into Procure Wizard.

  2. Click into the Admin Cogs icon and into Stock Controls.

  3. Click into Stock Taking and locate and Edit the stock take.

  4. Click into the Stock tab and scroll to the bottom of the page.

  5. Permission dependent you see Add Custom Product and or Add Catalogue Product.

  • Custom Product: Used for recording prepped recipes in cold storage or products ordered outside of Procure Wizard that do not exist from any supplier.

  • Catalogue Product: Used for adding any product purchased that for any reason has not been auto added via a past order, and only accepts the PID of the product.

Adding Products for Advanced Stock

  1. Log into Procure Wizard.

  2. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top and into Advanced Stock on the left.

  3. Click into Outlets & Stores and locate and Edit the outlet the stock take belongs too.

  4. Click into the Import/Export tab and scroll to the bottom to Add Products by Product ID.

  5. Adding the necessary PIDs one per line and click Add.
