Adding Contract management groups

Add Contract management group

Providing you have access to Contract Management you are able to create Groups to allow users to view the contracts documentation.

  1. Go to Admin Cogs icon on the top

  2. Click On Contract Management

  3. Click on Contract Management Group

  4. Click on Add Group button

  5. Enter the name of the Group

  6. Click Create

  7. You then have the options or assigning Roles or Users

  8. Select either, select relevant one and then click Attach Role or Attach User

  9. Attached Contracts gives visibility of any contracts

These will be available in the Default Group on the Details tab of the contract from the available drop-down list.
