Add a new contact

You can add new contracts for your suppliers

Providing you have access to Contract management you are able to add new contracts for your suppliers by following the steps below:

πŸ“ŒNote: To make this visible to other users the Contract Details should be set to Public on Contract Details tab. Refer to How to add a Contract Group.

  1. Go to Admin Cogs on the top of the page.

  2. Click on Contract Management tab.

  3. Click on Add Contract button.

  4. Complete all relevant information for the contract with the supplier under each header.

  5. Click Update.

  6. Once created, select the Sites tab and tick all those relevant.

  7. Click Save Changes.

  8. Click the Comments tab to add any additional information if required for future reference then upload the contract via the Supplier Contract Document.

  9. Click the Default Group tab, this allows you select:
