Orders are self approving or credits are auto rejecting

If you are experiencing orders auto approving or credits auto rejecting, you can resolve this with the information in this article.

New software being used in mailboxes can now scan the links and buttons contained within each email, in this scan the software is clicking on the buttons within the order approval email and the credit request email, making it appear that the order was already approved or the credits was auto rejected. The following details need to be provided to your IT team to whitelist our email addresses and IP address ranges to stop the scan:

Our The IP addresses that Transactional and Broadcast messages are sent from:
50.31.156.96/27 (50.31.156.96 - 127) [Transactional]
104.245.209.192/26 (104.245.209.192 - 255) [Transactional]
50.31.205.0/24 (50.31.205.1 - 255) [Broadcast]

Order Approval Emails

  • Can approve through email: remove the ability to approve or decline orders via the email received.

  • Enforce Authentication On Order Approvals: enforces that the user must first log into Procure Wizard before being able to click the approve or decline button in the email.
