When adding products to recipes but the option to add in different as different measures doesn't appear, this will be due to how the product was created by the supplier. Example: if set as Each, you will not be able to enter the ingredients as grams, mg, lbs, etc.
You will need the product to be de-listed and re-added as grams or kilo grams and thus, discuss this directly with the supplier.
