Sales from the till provider are not appearing in Procure Wizard

This article outlines what to do if the sales from the till provider are not appearing in Procure Wizard.

If no sales files are appearing in following screen, please contact us and reference this article.

  1. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click into Flash Reports and in Import Sales.

Sales imported to wrong server

If sales have been imported incorrectly, to the wrong server, please reach out to Aloha for them to investigate. If urgently required, you can download your sales files and manually import them into the correct portal as per steps below or ask for these to be resent.

  1. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click on Flash Reports tab.

  3. Click on Import Sales.

  4. Click on brown folder, View Items.

  5. Download the CSV file.


To Import sales

To import sales, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click on Flash Reports.

  3. Click on Import Sales tab.

  4. Click the Select File button and select your downloaded CSV file.

  5. Click Import Data button.
