To clone a Flash Report please follow the below steps:
Log into Procure Wizard.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar and into Flash Reports on the left.
Edit the flash report you wish to clone.
Scroll down on the Details tab to the bottom and click the Clone button.
