Can't find new products

Supplier has added new products, but they are not visible on the portal or basket.

If a supplier has confirmed they have uploaded new products but not appearing when searching via product locator, first check with the supplier that they have assigned prices to your price file.

If they have, we can check and advise the next steps.

⚠️ Important: Please make sure the prices are approved. If they are, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Products ID numbers or SKU codes

  • Supplier

  • Site and mini market

  • User ID / name
