Once a Recipe has a linked PID the Amount field found in the Details tab of the Recipe is then locked - this is because the PID takes the amount field as its Pack Size.
To edit the amount field on the existing recipe please follow the steps below.
Click into the Admin Cogs along the top.
Click into Menus, Dishes & Recipes on the left.
Click into Manage Batch Recipes.
Locate your Recipe.
Click the Edit button to access your Recipe.
Click into the Details tab of the Recipe.
Enter a Zero at the bottom of the page in the Product ID field.
Click Save at the bottom.
Before editing the Amount field you MUST click the Refresh button in your browser to refresh the page.
Update the Amount field.
Assign a new PID to the Recipe.
Please note if the PID is stocked in any open stock take it will not allow you to remove the linked PID - you need to Clone the Recipe and rebuild as a new recipe.
