To unlock the delivery tab for further adjustments, follow the steps below.
π Notes:
You can only make changes until the invoice exports to the accounts package.
If a message states that the order's already delivered to an outlet in advanced stock, you need to undo the delivery first.
If the unlock delivery button doesn't appear, contact your head office or management team. They can do this for you or activate the permission in your role.
If you have full permission to unlock the delivery tab but the button is missing, this is because the order or invoice is already exported. To have this actioned, please contact us and reference the title of this article.
On the dashboard, use the order locator box to search for and select the order.
Click the Delivery tab.
At the bottom of the page, click Unlock Delivery.
The page refreshes and the tab reopens.
