Check that a product has been set as splittable
Enter the Product SKU, PID or keyword in the Product Locator field on your welcome page.
Click Go.
Check the field is showing for Is Splittable and it is set to Yes.

Check settings that allow the customer to order products as splittable
Login to Procure Wizard as the supplier.
Click on Delivery Settings on the left-hand side, then Click on Splitting Rule.
Edit the Global setting
Click on the Assigned Purchaser Tab.
Look for the unit using the filter box.
If you cannot find the unit, use the dropdown boxes at the bottom of the page to attach them.
If these are correct, the supplier would advise the customer to contact the support team directly.
If the customer has requested that the product quantity is to be reduced, the suppler will need to add this as a new product on the system.
