Unable to place an order or checkout a basket

If you are unable to check out a basket or the checkout button is missing, you can resolve this within a few simple steps.

There are three main reasons why a basket or order cannot be checked out:

  • Error message 'there are no approvers': This means there are no approvers available to approve the value of the basket and only your super user or head office can assist with clearing this issue.

  • Missing check out button or invalid supplier: This means you have added a product that is not available for you to buy via this mini market, head back to the basket contents, look for the wording ā€œinvalid supplierā€ and remove this product.
    ā€‹

  • Error message 'you have not met the minimum order value': the supplier has set a minimum order value and until the product is removed or the value increased to meet the minimum order value the basket will not be able to be placed.
