There are three main reasons why a basket or order cannot be checked out:
Error message 'there are no approvers': This means there are no approvers available to approve the value of the basket and only your super user or head office can assist with clearing this issue.
Missing check out button or invalid supplier: This means you have added a product that is not available for you to buy via this mini market, head back to the basket contents, look for the wording “invalid supplier” and remove this product.
Error message 'you have not met the minimum order value': the supplier has set a minimum order value and until the product is removed or the value increased to meet the minimum order value the basket will not be able to be placed.
