If the error message "One or more of the potential orders cannot be submitted for approval. No valid approvers found. Please contact your head office for assistance" is appearing when checking out a basket this means there is no approver available for the value of the basket. the below steps will guide you to the page to review and amend mini markets approvers or add in a new user to the approval chain.

Update existing users' approval limits

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click Mini Markets, then click Manage Mini Markets.

  3. Locate the mini market and click Edit to access.

  4. Click the Users tab.

  5. In the purchaser site drop box, select the Site and click Refresh.

  6. Locate the user and click Edit to access.

  7. Amend the Lower Limit or Upper Limit.

  8. Click Update User to save any changes.


Add a new user to the approval chain

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click Mini Markets, then click Manage Mini Markets.

  3. Locate the mini market and click Edit to access.

  4. Click the Users tab.

  5. Click Add User.

  6. Set and enter the following:

    • User.

    • Site.

    • Can create orders.

    • Can deliver orders.

    • Can cancel orders.

    • Lower order approval limit.

    • Upper order approval limit.

  7. Click Save Settings.
