This setting allows you to manage the approval matrix within the chained approval option when it comes to the final approver.
The below outlines what will happen if activated or deactivated:
If switched on there must be a user within the approval matrix with a upper approval limit that can approve the value of the order.
If switched off will allow the user with the highest approval limit within the approval matrix to approve the order regardless of the user's upper approval limit is less than the order value.

This setting will appear if chained approval is activated or selected.
This setting will be automated check on for new mini markets.
The setting is found here:
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Mini Markets, then click Manage Mini Markets.
Locate the mini markets and click Edit to access.
Stay on the details tab and locate the approval settings section.
Locate the settings enable upper approval limit for last user in chain and use the check box to active or deactivate.
Click Save Settings.
