Locate old or future stock takes

If you are unable to locate your stock, or receiving a message that a new stock take cannot be opened due to an existing stock take is still open, then you can use the below article to remedy this.

In both stock taking modules, the page that opens after clicking stock takes is limited to a 2-month window, if the stock take you are looking for falls outside of this time frame you can extend the view using the steps below.

Stock controls

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top.

  2. Click Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.

  3. Amend the start date and end date to encompass the missing stock take.

  4. Click Refresh Display.

Advanced stock

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top.

  2. Click Advanced Stock Controls, then click Stock Taking.

  3. Amend the start date and end date to encompass the missing stock take.

  4. Click Refresh Display.
