Unable to make amendments to user details

The article below explains why the user details are greyed out when viewing a user profile in Procure Wizard.

Once a user is migrated to Access Evo, the following information is managed solely within Access Evo. Only your Access Evo administrators can view this. This allows for a central location to manage the users access to all their Access products.

  • Username.

  • Email address.

  • Password.
