If there is no Confirm Delivered button visible on the delivery tab, there are a few areas to check.
Check that your user is linked to the mini market,
Attached to the department the order was placed through.
From the status log tab was the order status forced forward to attempt to bypass the approval stage? If so, please contact us so we can review further.
