The update quantities from invoice button allows you to quickly populate the delivery tab with the products and quantities that your supplier has confirmed on the invoice tab, this means the button will only appear after the invoice tab has been confirmed.
📌 Notes:
There is no undo option, once actioned you will need to use the on screen tools to adjust the contents of the delivery tab.
You still need to ensure the contents of the delivery tab matches what was delivered before confirming the delivery tab.
Locate the order.
Click the Delivery tab.
Click Update Quantities from Invoice.
