Invoices, scans, emails are not appearing in MP Scan after being sent

If you have sent emails to the processing mailbox but the document image has not appeared in MP Scan, you can resolve this within a few simple steps.

Please check the following areas:

  • PDF documents: If the image sent was in a PDF file type, convert this to a *.TIFF or *.TIF file type and re-send, we are aware of a processing issue around a limited number of PDF flies/templates.

  • Catch all destination: Any image that a destination folder could not be identified will be pushed into the designated catch-all destination folder.

  • Email addresses: If the user who sent the email is new ensure their email address is in the scan destination folder and general settings.

  • All emails/scans are not being received as images: Please contact us and reference this article, please confirm when the invoices stopped processing.
