All full system and Self Managed - SM suppliers first build their products into a holding area called PAC - products awaiting categorization, once in here an internal team within Access will then move that product into the core categories, this process allows us to provide Price Comparison between your suppliers on like for like products.
Products in PAC remain visible and accessible for ordering despite not being finalized into categories. Customers can locate PAC products in the category area by selecting the relevant pack. Once categorization is complete, the product will appear under its correct category. Ordering products from PAC works seamlessly, same as regular categories. As a tip, customers can add PAC products to their Favorites for easier access during the categorization period.
