Deliver in errors for orders

This article describes what areas you need to check if you are getting an error while trying to deliver in your order in advanced tock.

If an error page populates when trying to deliver in your items in advanced stock, by clicking on the Delivery tab, please check that all mandatory criteria is showing correctly on the Details tab of the order. This can be linked to the mini market being deleted. To process the order, you will need to change the status of the order to auto created order.

⚠️ Important: if you do not have access to the New Status section on the status log tab, please contact your internal Head Office for them to action for you.

  1. Search for PO using the order locator.

  2. Click on Status log tab.

  3. Click on dropdown options under Status Change section.

  4. Select Auto Created.

  5. Then complete relevant details via the Details tab.
