Manually adding a count to a PID the Closing stock value does not update Stock value isn't updating after manually adding in count on PID

If the closing stock value isn't updating after manually adding in a count on PID on the Stock tab, if the site has never been invoiced for this product and it's set as Average within the Cost Price it won't update. You will need to apply a cost in the Selling and Cost Price folder. This will then increase the stock value.

  1. Click on the Advanced Stock Controls tab

  2. Click on Selling and Cost Prices tab

  3. Click View Prices tab on the relevant folder

  4. Search for products and amend to either List Price or the actual price
