Order has no approver

If you have orders stuck in the status pending internal approval due to not having any approver, you can easily resolve this.

In the classic ordering experience, the approval limit is based on basket value total, not order value total. If the basket is above the users upper limit then all the orders in the basket must go for approval, if the user who is placing the order is the only approver of the value of the order, then therefore no-one can approve the order resulting in an order with no approver.

📌Note: Do not attempt to bypass the approval stage by changing the status the order is on, it will not send the order to the supplier.

During support hours Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm, you need to contact us to process orders when requested by the account’s system administrator or super user.

If the orders are urgent and this is out of hours, please cancel the orders and add additional approvers to the mini market approval matrix and replace the basket.
