Resend the order approvals to a different user

If an order in pending approval is with the incorrect user or a user that has left the business, you can resolve this within a few simple steps.

It is not possible to send the order approval to another user if the original user has left the business or the approval matrix was incorrectly setup.

To resolve this, you need to cancel the affected orders, update the mini market approval structure would then orders would need to re-placed so that they are sent to the correct users.
